PSW is dedicated to bridging the opportunity and gender gap through a fully integrated digital system that offers women entrepreneurs an easily accessible platform for transactions with minimal costs and no intermediaries. PSW has conducted an internal gender audit, making it the first public sector company to do so, and has also signed the "Women Empowerment Principles" advocated by UN Women.
PSW has launched the dedicated PSW Women Helpline to provide guidance and support to women traders engaged in cross-border trade. In addition, with its ‘Khadijah—The Women Entrepreneurship Program,’ PSW further enhances women’s economic empowerment and promotes gender equality. The program aims to establish a reliable and sustainable mechanism for training and enhancing women's capabilities, enabling them to actively engage in cross-border trade.
